On Sunday night, the 20th Anniversary for the Simpsons will be on Fox. The Simpsons is an American animated television sitcom created by Matt Groening for the Fox Broadcasting Company. The series is a satirical parody of a working class American lifestyle epitomized by its eponymous family, which consists of Homer, Marge, Bart, Lisa, and Maggie. The show is set in the fictional city of Springfield, and lampoons American culture, society, television and many aspects of the human condition. This television show has become one of the most unbeaten shows in television history.

At 8 P.M on Sunday, the Simpsons 20th Anniversary Special will be started. This show will have 3 parts. Viewers will have chance to watch some interviews about this film. Moreover, they can understand more about the controversy raised during the time it was shown on television. This show will last in one and a half hour. Through this special show, the FOX Broadcasting Company hopes to receive support from viewers.

The Simpsons has won dozens of awards since it debut on December 17, 1989, including 25 Primetime Emmy Awards, 26 Annie Awards and a Peabody Award. Time magazine's December 31, 1999 issue named it the 20th century's best television series, and on January 14, 2000 the Simpson family was awarded a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The Simpsons 20th Anniversary Special promised to bring viewers a lot of fun.
